It is made of a poly cotton mix fabric which at the time would have been cutting edge and the height of wash and wear bohemian cool. The pants are an elastic waist and a peg leg cut that narrows as it nears the hem. The jacket is amazing with what looks to be hand embroidery work set in pretty patterns over its entirety.
