I don't think I have seen heart shaped sequins from this time period before and its little details like this that make me love vintage so much

The sleeves follow this same tapered shape as they reach the cuffs

To be honest if the full tag was present I would mark it higher in price so you are getting a steal

His master touch makes it perfectly eighties, but in the best possible way. It has a bit of the forties feel to it but with his classic understated way. It is made from a black silk crepe with those fantastic large white dots scattered over the surface.
