Every inch of the base fabric has been stitched into even perfect little pin tuck pleats to create that wonderful ribbed effect! Can you imagine the care, effort and time to do that to the fabric before you even start the construction of the garment? Bands of lace are worked into the design at the lower skirt and to define and highlight those
