There is a panel of fabric that flows vertically over the hips and another that starts at the waist and goes up and into the opposite sleeve

This is two separate piece an exterior dress made of that wonderful chiffon and an interior dress in a peach tone. It is not labeled but I would bet its a designer piece its has that look and my gut tells me it was a high end piece. The fabric is very light and flows marvelously. The skirt cascades outwards from a soft pleating detail below the waist at just about the hip
