By laying each sequin flat and side by side it allows the light to catch the fabric in the most wonderful of ways. The skirt is cut in a generous A line so you get lots of drape and movement. It flows up to the the bodice with a nipped in waist but no seam there to break the eye. The neckline is halter style leaving the back dramatically bare. So
