1970s Louis Feraud Turquoise Maxi Dress designer-hermes Inseam: 28This is a striking and beautiful Louis Feraud and the color of it is just marvelous! A good quality jersey has been done in a vivid turquoise shade. The sheer impact of that vivid color from head to toe is all drama but is offset by the bareness of the arms and refinement on the cut. The skirt flows from a slightly dropped waist (you can belt it if wished) and expands and widens as it nears the floor. The bodice is highlighted with top stitching to
