These were all the rage during the seventies and you find them in varying degrees of quality. This is one of the very well done and far more elaborate then most with yards of fabric and a very dramatic silhouette and cut. All the sequin work is hand done and it quite fabulous once on. The black silk chiffon base is entirely covered in glossy white and black sequins mixed and
