Brilliant blue suede is cut in a notched in waist, wide hip pant that is cuffed on each ankle! The waist is brought in by a series of pleats on the back and the front. The hips are crazy wide and the inseam is dropped. This narrows to a cuff that snap to close. Side pockets allow for the perfect cool girl slouch. I love them!
