Fully lined in silk and closes down the front with oversized

There are no real flaws to note other that one area of fringe that is cut - please see the attached picture of the area - it is on the side so does not detract when worn

The skirt is on a white cotton base with a swooping deigns that suggest bog bold blooms and leafs over the entire skirt. The waist is defined with a narrow band to cinch on the shape and the skirt has a tremendous amount of fabric. It is all hand painted and beautifully done. It has the older, original Spiegel label in it
