German Pioneer Bag carcano I am not entirely sure

I am not entirely sure what these are for but judging from the language on the tablets they are likely related to Luftwaffe communications since some of the fields cover the weather and air conditions over locations

It measures about 2 1/8" tall and a little less than 1 1/2" at the widest

German Pioneer Bag carcano I am not entirely sureI am unsure what this bag was for exactly, but it seems to be a pioneer related bag likely for carrying additional charges. It is not part of the usual Pioneer pouch backpack set up, but an independent briefcase or shoulder bag. It is in good used condition with a few period repairs (shown in photos). There is a faint R. B. Nr. on the inside of the top flap. It is made almost like a briefcase of the era. On the top flap, there are 2 small holes that
