The company did make a model for the military which was painted gray but black ones like this

The dress is made of what looks like a cotton/rayon blend

Pickelhaube Sweetheart Necklace mortar This actually dates to theUnique and rare WWI German sweetheart Pickelhaube helmet necklace. The front of this little helmet has a Prussian eagle emblem. The chain has a decorative clasp. It is in good condition overall with only minor wear. The strap on the front is even moveable! There does not seem to be any maker's marks. The helmet measures about 3 4". The chain is a 16" chain.
