They were sold as WWII but I believe they are actually made from WWII aluminum detonator caps used either in shells or used to detonate the panzerfaust warhead. I believe I have seen these reference with 8cm mortar rounds but I also seem to find a lot of reference to the panzerfaust as well. They are likely early post war made from left over war materials.
