Equip Artisans Subtitle:200 pounds of clay PRI co-produces two award-winning programs:Problem One of the greatest challenges that artisans face is the ability to buy raw materials. Financial resources are often scarce, and raw materials are, of course, essential to creating their craft and building their businesses. When artisans receive an order for a product, they are not paid the full amount up front. Especially for poor artisans, this can limit the amount of orders they can take, thus keeping them in a cycle of poverty. The Gift
