The Beer, Andres Cardona Methodical Coffee Tropical FruitsSPOILER ALERT No beer was used in the creation of this coffee! The Beer is a collaboration between Colombian producer Andres Cardona and Doug Reiser, one of the founders of Burial Beer (hence the name) in Asheville, NC. Doug and Andres collaborated on the fermentation method and in return Andres wanted to name it after Doug to honor that relationship. Co fermented with the coffee's own pulp (the removed skin and fruit from the coffee cherry) and its
