AALTO Spirits you follow a guided journeyWine: AALTO Type: RED Varietal: 100% Tinto Fino Region: Ribera del Duero ABV: 15% Enology AALTO is made from 100% old vine Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), carefully hand harvested from over 40 year old vines located in nine villages throughout the Ribera del Duero. After a rigorous selection of bunches and berries, fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine then underwent 20 months of aging in French (80%) and
