Drawn from a high altitude site with stony soils, Jane produced just ten barrels, harvesting early to lock in freshness. Aromatically, its precise and mineral, with notes of waxed apple, pear and almond cream layered over a stony, lime tinged core. The palate is lean and focused, driven by citrus and
