Edmond Cornu & Fils Ladoix Blanc 2023 Size:750ml one-fifth of the cuvée wasAs befits the appellation, the little seen white version of Ladoix presents punchy minerality and deep register fruit, anchored by palpable grip and notable dry extract. Cornu employs 25% steel and 75% oak (25% of which is new) during the wines 12 month elevage, and in its imposing breadth and overall sense of concentration it more than slightly resembles its close neighbor Corton Charlemagne.
