The cobalt blue, round box has beautifully gilt accents with raised enamel bead decorations. The center is finely hand painted by a French artist with a lovely portrait of a young child. The underside is marked for Tressemanes & Vogt and France. The portrait is signed McLean. This piece is in excellent condition
