Baron Fuenté Brut Tradition Champagne - 75cl prem cru It's the bottle people areBaron Fuent is a family house in Charly sur Marne, at the western edge of the Valle de la Marne, where the Baron family have farmed since the 17th century. The name comes from the 1967 marriage of Gabriel Baron and Dolores Fuent; today it's run by their children, who grow and make their own Champagne across their estate on the river slopes. This is their calling card, and it puts Pinot Meunier centre stage: 70% Meunier with 30% Chardonnay for lift.
