This is a crisp summer beer that was brewed with a slice of goodtimes

and later returned to barrel for maturation

The Afterlife - Pinot and Fiano Size:12 x 750ml 16 month old wild fermentedAged saison was given 6 months rest time on Fiano and Pinot Noir pressings from Aristotelis Ke Anthoula, and returned to oak for a further 10 months. This delightful beer has a light tartness and funk on the front end, a subtle mid palette of bright wine and oak character with a clean and fruity finish that smacks of red berries, cherry and plum. Total ageing time 22 months Bottle Conditioned 6. 2 % ABV
