I have purchased a couple of Australian helmet batches from this one dealer; all of these helmets would have been intact and in good condition when stored but poor storage over the decades has wrecked them. The original brass chinstrap lugs are marked Mk III only; there is no year stamp. The steel lot number was found under the flare as 2517 (the 1 being just
