Our jeweler created the pendant by casting and reproducing a finely rendered antique brooch (circa 1910)

The 14k gold charm was originally a cufflink (circa 1920) transformed with the addition of a gold jump ring bail

The cameo is in very good condition with one small chip to the bottom of the moonstone (visible only under magnification)
