Cooper Blue ox Valley Produce CoCooper is a little bit special. He was first created as a special release to celebrate the birth of the third generation of the Brown cheese family Ceridwens son Cooper. Inspired by his mothers love of ashed goats cheese and his fathers fondness for a harder cows cheese Cooper is the best of both.
