Grandma's Boy (2017) Sour comes our newest (and biggest)The fourth iteration of our beloved Grandmas Boy, this wild ale was barrel aged in oak with various strains of wild yeasts and bacteria, and conditioned on a hefty bed of Niagara Shiro plums prior to bottle conditioning. What it smells and tastes like: Plummy, floral, and honey like with a perfectly balanced sourness and light bitterness. This delicious beer is a beautiful combination of Brett aromatics, subtle oak flavours, and a refreshingly tart
