LifeLines AGM 2026 Notice

The LifeLines AGM will be held during the conference on October 17th, 2026, at 2pm. Further conference details and arrangements are in the conference booking form in the current newsletter and on the LifeLines website. Please note that the venue for the Conference/AGM is the same as last year and will be held at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations’ headquarters at Regent’s Wharf, All Saint’s Street, London N1 9TL.

Nominations to the Committee and resolutions for the AGM should be notified to Edmund Conybeare, Governance Secretary, by September 19th 2026 and supported by two fully paid- up LifeLines members. Nominations for the Committee should include an agreement by the nominee to stand. The nominee is required to be a current member of LifeLines and resident in the United Kingdom.

Resolutions and nominations will be available to view on the LifeLines website by September 27th 2026. The LifeLines Annual Report for 2025/26 (which includes the Statement of Accounts) and Minutes of the 2025 AGM will also be available to view on the website by September 27th.

A paper copy of the resolutions, nominations, Annual Report and Minutes of the 2025 AGM can be requested by sending a large self-addressed stamped envelope to ‘LifeLines Annual Report’, 10 Springfield Terrace, Guiseley, Leeds LS20 9AW.
